Implementation Statement
This section will describe in detail the internal methods used to check,
evaluate and report on the
progress and achievement of the Objectives. These internal controls will
Be described
in detail demonstrating their uses, personnel responsible for
implementing and checking the results,
and time frames for checking. In addition, the types of reporting
requirements will be discussed.
The main areas of implementation which
are used in this section are:

Confidentiality
Sections 2, 3, and 4 are taken directly from the current Policy and
Procedure Manual which have
been approved by the Board of Directors of the Coalition and by the IHS
Behavioral Health Division.
The procedures described in those sections are the guidelines under
which the Center currently
functions. In addition to the above mentioned sections, reporting
requirements will also be discussed.
