                      Personnel Policy and Procedure

                                        Disciplinary Procedures
 

All employees of NUIMC are expected to perform the duties of their position to the best of their ability or to ask
 for technical assistance in the areas which they are struggling.  Every effort will be made to assist the employee.  If
an employee violates NUIMC policies and regulations, the employee’s direct supervisor and/or the Executive Director
 of NUIHCI will discipline the employee using the appropriate methods.  These methods include, but are not limited to:

bullet Giving the employee a verbal warning
bullet Giving the employee a written warning
bullet Putting the employee on probation
bullet Developing a written contract between the coalition and the employee
bullet Suspending the employee for a specified period of time
bullet Terminating the employee
