| NUIHC is proud to honor our Native Elders through a special program “Tired Moccasins”. This program provides special cultural, physical and social activities for our Elders 60 years of age and older. Tired Moccasins offers a nutritional meal program, health education, socialization, recreational and educational opportunities for our Elders. Activities include: Arts and Crafts, low-impact exercises, daytime television programs, field trips and monthly student nurse visits. Many activities for family members are also planned. |
|
Tired Moccasins also affords its members the opportunity to sell their arts and crafts to the general public either at the clinic offices or online through our website. Please visit our Gift Shop page to view and purchase a variety of Native arts and crafts for sale. We appreciate your patronage.
